[메디컬 잉글리시] 분만실 안내 사항(Instructions in the delivery room)

1. Members of the family should stay in the waiting area.

1. 보호자는 대기실에서 기다려 주세요.

2. Place your legs on the delivery stand. Lie on your back so that your bottom touches the bottom of the delivery stand.

2. 양쪽 다리를 분만대에 걸치고, 엉덩이 부분이 분만대 밑까지 내려오도록 반듯이 눕습니다.

3. Use the IV-free hand to grab the rail and concentrate your strength.

3. 주사가 없는 손은 분만대 손잡이를 잡아당기며 힘을 줍니다.

4. We will give you an episiotomy to facilitate your delivery process.

4. 분만을 돕기 위해 회음 절개를 합니다.

5. Once the baby’s crown begins to show, begin to relax your muscles by exhaling your breath in small and regular intervals according to our signal.

5. 힘을 주다가 아기 머리가 나오면 의료진의 신호에 맞추어‘하~ 하~' 하면서 힘을 뺍니다.

6. Once the baby is out of the uterus, we will examine his/her body for any anomaly or defects, and place him/her on your stomach.

6. 아기가 태어나면 신체 사정하여 이상 유무를 확인 후 엄마 배위로 올려줍니다.

7. Once the baby is born, the medical staff will call the time and tell you the baby’s sex. They will also give the baby ankle bands and wristbands.
